Shipping & Returns

If possible, we deliver at your doorstep. All items ship out of Asia, so please allow for up to 7 business days for all international orders.

You will receive shipping confirmation via an email as soon as your order has been shipped.

As most of our rugs are handmade and adjusted to your needs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an item has arrived damaged. We do our best to have accurate photography and descriptions, so please make sure you know the dimensions you need before you order. If you are not sure, we have our guide to help you. Or get in touch with one of our designers.

In case of damage we will find a solution with you. Please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your carpet.

Our shipping is organized via professional transport companies. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, we have to bill you for the additional shipping charges.
